Job Description: Part-Time Sales Person for Boro Business Lab

We are seeking a self-starting people-person to join our team as a part-time Sales Person for our digital marketing company. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the digital marketing space in Williamson and Maury County.

Responsibilities:

• Sell through education, not high pressure.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Prospect and network in the community to generate leads and establish new business relationships.
• Present and promote our digital marketing services to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in any profession that requires people skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
• Ability to learn digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Availability to work part-time hours, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
